Hard to “beet” this version of your beloved brunch cocktail.
A slightly sweeter version of the classic thanks to its key ingredient. And if you’re in the mood for a stroll, you can elevate this juicy mix by using ingredients fresh from your local farmer's market.

Ingredients

Serves:

1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
0.3 oz Lemon Juice
3.0 oz Take a whole beetroot and two ripe tomatoes, and cut into quarters, then put them through a juicer
Spices - add a pinch of ground cinnamon, grate a pinch of nutmeg and a small pile of smashed cloves
Garnish with a slice of beetroot

15.8 GRAMS OF ALCOHOL PER SERVE

Equipment

1 x Highball glass

1 x Knife

1 x Jigger

1 x Chopping Board

1 x Good quality ice cubes

Method

Take a clean Highball Glass, add your ingredients over ice, stir vigorously and finish with a beetroot slice.
