Our take on the Salty Dog, this grapefruit forward cocktail is ideal for your beach or poolside cocktailing.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Ketle One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
1.0 oz Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.3 Grapefruit liqueur
Grapefruit Quarter to garnish
Salt on Half of the Rim

15.87 GRAMS OF ALCOHOL PER SERVE

Equipment

1 x Stemmed Wine Glass

1 x Shaker

1 x Strainer

1 x Good Quality Ice Cubes

Method

Salt half of the rim of your wine glass. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with good quality ice cubes.  Hard Shake, and double strain into glass. Garnish with a Grapefruit quarter.
